Location path: /cc_admin/settings/theme

This tab usually is used for managing general layout parameters which controls the way how a template is rendering on screen to the end user. It also manage the colour scheme of your website and / or loading animations etc.

To manage any of these parameters, just change the form and click SAVE SETTINGS button located at the bottom of the screen.
