Viewing and exporting form submissions | CoreCMS guides
Stored submissions can be reviewed through the form management screens. Only forms configured to retain submissions will have a stored copy to inspect.
How to use it
- Open Forms → Submissions.
- Choose the form and locate the required entry.
- Open the submission to review its fields and available uploads.
- Use the export option where available, checking the selected form and date range.
- Store the exported file securely.
- Delete records only in line with your organisation’s agreed retention process.
Before you finish
Exports create another copy outside CoreCMS. Changing a form’s retention setting does not remove files you previously exported or emails already delivered.
