Common editing problems | CoreCMS guides
Start by identifying which part of the website is affected: the page record, content, navigation, media, a plugin or an external service.
How to use it
- For missing content, check its status, the current site and the active filters.
- For an unchanged page, confirm that the save completed and refresh the public page.
- For a broken image or download, check the file’s current address.
- For an absent search result, check publication status and refresh the search index.
- For form problems, test email delivery and submission storage separately.
- If the issue continues, send Digitalogy the affected URL and exact steps.
Before you finish
Do not repeatedly delete and recreate records to diagnose a problem. Preserve the error message and any unsaved content first.
