Support Desk

If you need help or support using the Core CMS, please get in touch with our dedicated Support Desk by sending an email to support@cubecreative.co.uk.

The system will automatically create a support ticket number, which should be used for all further communications with our agents.

Minimum requirements for every support ticket:

  • A support contract must be in place and valid at the time of the request.
  • Exceptions:
    • The website/application is within the first 30 days since the official go-live date.
    • The customer has opted in for PAYG rate instead of a monthly contract.
    • If the website/application is hosted with Digitalogy and the issue is related to:
      • Website downtime
      • Critical errors displayed on the website
      • Hacks or critical code errors
      • Unauthorized access to online accounts
      • IP blocked by Cube’s Firewall

Additional Support Ticket Guidelines:

  • Only one issue or question per ticket.
  • The issue/question must be related to at least one of Digitalogy’s web services.
