The reason why you need to upload everything to your website is that each document must be accessible by the website pages 24 hours a day.

Our Core CMS Media Manager is implementing an easy to use and intuitive interface, designed with the end-user in mind.

You can access the Media Manager by navigating to the administration sidebar then Media.
