In order to keep your website secure and protect your account credentials, Core CMS implements additional limitations, restrictions and activity monitors, based on a standard Security Policy.

The Core CMS will mark any unsuccessful login attempt as a potential risk for the system. After accumulating five points over the whole account life cycle, the account will be automated suspended and an instant notification will be created into our Help Desk.

If necessary, the account will be manually verified and re-activated by one of our Help Desk agents.

In case that your account is blocked, notify us as soon as possible and wait for further instructions. To find out more about how to report this, please refer to Chapter 5 of this document.
