Service Access

To manage Service Access, click on the Service Access link in the left-hand sidebar.

Each registered service contains various fields allowing you to manage its status, such as:

  • Green Alert - Service is operating normally.
  • Amber Alert - Service is experiencing minor issues.
  • Red Alert - Service is down or severely impacted.

There are two types of services:

  • Internal Services - Accessible within the intranet.
  • External Services - Requires a direct link to access.

For external services, ensure you provide a direct access link to the system.
